Estimation is a rough calculation of the scope of work and it should only be used for budgetary purposes only. One page estimation or could be called "Quotes" can not explain all your needs and scope of work. Have your heard a contractor running away from job site because he simply says "it is not included in the contract!!!" You should not trust a contractor works with one pager contract. It is simple can not cover all the aspects of the work

A good contract should not be one pager. It is simple won't cover all your needs. Just put all your need in the page it would not be more than a page. So why it should be enough to give the keys to your investment. There is no limit what should include but it should include; Project timing for each trade including start and finish date. Inclusions, your requests from the consultation, finishes you may pick and extra charges you may need and did not think about. Images of your finishes flooring options, tile options, lay out... they are some of our inclusions. Ask your contractor if they are happy to provide them to you...
