We were able transform this space to meet our client's expectations and more. Without moving main elements of the space we were able to create a one bedroom apartment with full closet and bathroom, with flowing vanity and toilet and walk in shower, and heated floors.

In this project, we focused on creating a brand new kitchen to fulfill all the storage needs required by family of four. Later, by request of the owner, we changed the existing sub-floor and installed Canadian made hardwood floor throughout the main floor.

In this project we renewed this investment property top to bottom. We relocated all wet areas, we added a laundry in the main floor, opened a concept kitchen, built brand new custom stairs and railing custom tile work on all three bathrooms. In addition, we created an open concept master bedroom with all brand new windows to CN Tower.

This was an amazing project, where we created real harmony between our perspective and our client's vision. The spaces were designed with the client's needs in mind.
